What Is Fix-It?

Fix-It is Mint’s self-service portal for submitting help requests. Instead of emailing or messaging someone directly, you submit a ticket through Fix-It and it gets routed to the right team automatically.

Five Request Types

Key benefit: Every request becomes a tracked ticket. You can check the status, add replies, and attach files — all from the website.
