What Is Fix-It?
Fix-It is Mint’s self-service portal for submitting help requests. Instead of emailing or messaging someone directly, you submit a ticket through Fix-It and it gets routed to the right team automatically.
Five Request Types
| Type | When to Use | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| IT Request | Hardware, equipment, or tech issues | Computer won’t boot, printer jammed, POS terminal frozen, need new keyboard |
| Internal Maintenance | Building and facilities issues | HVAC not working, plumbing leak, broken lock, light out, janitorial |
| Engineering | Software, websites, or apps | Website bug, e-commerce issue, new feature request, AI/chat tools |
| Graphics | Visual and print materials | Menu board update, signage, vehicle wrap, flyers, digital assets |
| Vendor | Third-party platform issues | Dutchie, Dutchie Pay Terminal, Menu sync errors, online ordering issues |
Key benefit: Every request becomes a tracked ticket. You can check the status, add replies, and attach files — all from the website.
